3. Main structure and adjustment3.1. Structural form and advantagesThe trackless truck adopts rattan chassis, with comfortable driving, flexible and durable operation, and explosion-proof diesel engine with automatic alarm, forced shutdown, safe and reliable, less faults, easy maintenance, and adopts hydraulic steering and dump device to reduce the labor intensity of operators.3.2 Part of trackless rubber wheel truck (see Figure 1)

Structure and adjustment of each system
3.3.1 dynamical system3.3.1.1 The trackless rubber wheel is equipped with HL493DZLDFB explosion-proof diesel engine, the intake and exhaust system is transformed according to the explosion-proof requirements; the intake system is composed of air cleaner, intake hub, intake bellows, intake elbow, flame damter, air shutdown valve and intake header; filtering fresh air and preventing the flame propagation in the body; the exhaust system is composed of exhaust main, exhaust bellows, exhaust elbow, exhaust gas treatment box, flame retardant and exhaust cap.3.3.1.2 The sandwich exhaust main pipe uses water circulation to reduce the exhaust temperature, the flame arrester prevents the flame transmission in the exhaust gas, and the exhaust gas in the waste gas treatment box adopts centrifugal dust removal and water washing and cooling, to ensure the emission and performance of the whole machine.3.3.1.3 Explosion-proof diesel engine is also equipped with air pump and hydraulic pump for the braking and steering mechanism of the whole machine.Note: It is not allowed to remove any explosion-proof parts without permission, and the flame arrester should be cleaned regularly.3.3.2 Transmission systemThe transmission mode of this vehicle adopts the mechanical transmission mode, and the explosion-proof diesel engine power is transmitted from the gearbox and the transmission axle to the rear drive axle.3.3.2.1 TransmissionThree-level maintenance, to check the engagement and wear degree of the gear, but also to check the wear of each bearing. In the disassembly, should keep clean and not allowed to knock hard pull, to prevent damaged parts. After assembly, each shaft should rotate flexibly, without hair card lag phenomenon. The gear selection and shift should be accurate, the oil seal and the paper pad of each joint surface should be intact without oil seepage.3.3.2.2 Drive shaft1. The drive shaft has been overmoved balance test before leaving the factory. Before the disassembly of the drive shaft, the flange fork, cross shaft, welding fork or sliding fork should be marked in the relative position to ensure that the assembly is installed in the original position. To have the sliding fork arrow line and the drive shaft in the same plane.2. When installing the universal joint fork and cross axis, the parts should be cleaned. Cross shaft collar and bearing seat bore shall be coated with number 2 lithium base grease. Axial clearance of the cross axis shall not be greater than 0.05 mm. Should be able to be in bearing Free rotation in the seat, and the hair card phenomenon is not allowed.3.Primary maintenance Fill the drive shaft oil cup with grease until the bearing base.4.When the radial clearance of the universal joint cross axis is greater than 0.35 mm, and the axial clearance is greater than 0.15 mm, the new parts should be replaced.5.Driving in dusty and wading areas, we should shorten the maintenance interval mileage appropriately.3.3.2.3 Front and rear bridges The front and rear axle adopt drive axle, with single stage and hyperbolic conical spiral gear transmission. The bridge shell is integral pipa type and the half axle is fully floating; the wheel pitch is 1120mm.The main drive gear in the rear bridge is hyperbolic bical gear, which has the characteristics of high strength and low noise, but it has high requirements for assembly and lubrication, and improper assembly will cause early wear. The main drive gear is selected before leaving the factory, so it does not need to be removed and adjusted under normal circumstances. The following matters should be paid attention to when adjustment:(1) The tightness of the main transmission gear bearing is adjusted by the active wheel adjustment gasket. When adjustment, take the hand to move the flange (without the oil seal).(2) The active gear clearance (measured at the large tooth end of the driven gear) is adjusted to 0.15mm~0.30mm. When adjustment, first loosen the differential bearing cap nut, remove the differential bearing adjustment nut lock plate, and then adjust the two sides of the bearing adjustment nut, so as to obtain the required tooth gap. The bearing cover should be pressed when measuring the tooth gap. When obtaining the appropriate gap, first tighten the bearing adjustment nuts at both ends of the differential, and then make the two nuts return to a gap to install the lock plate, and finally tighten the bearing cover nut.(3) The engagement area of the active gear and the driven gear should be greater than 60% of the tooth surface. If the engagement area is insufficient, the adjustment gasket between the large end of the active gear and the inner bearing ring should be adjusted, and the contact area is located in the middle of the tooth width slightly biased to the small end. After adjusting the tooth surface engagement area, attention must be taken to readjust the tightness and clearance of the active gear bearing.Lubrication requirements for the rear axle hyperbola gear:(1) Must pay attention to the load of vehicle gear oil;(2) The oil surface should be kept at the edge of the refueling plug; When discovering oil leakage, check the oil seal first. If the oil seal is good, check whether the vent is blocked, and the hub bearing should be properly tightened; if too tight, overheating will occur during driving, causing grease outflow and bearing damage; if too loose, impact will occur and bearing damage.Drive about 10 kilometers (it is best not to use braking) to try to touch the hub temperature by hand, if there is a heating phenomenon, it shows that the bearing is too tight, the calibration nut should be loosened a little. Only after installing the unrun-in new bearing or replacing the hub oil seal, a slight heating phenomenon is allowed.3.3.2.5 Steering system1.The steering device of this car is circulation ball type, steering labor saving, automatic return position is good, steering speed ratio 1:24 or 1:21.42. The maintenance of the steering system is the regular lubrication of the steering gear and the loosening of the steering wheel. When the loosening of the steering wheel exceeds 30°, the steering mechanism should be adjusted. Check whether the steering gear housing and its bracket are fastened before adjustment. Steering the rod ball head pin and steering gear are normal, the problems in these parts are eliminated, can be adjusted.2.Adjusting the steering gear should start from adjusting the gap between the rocker shaft gear and the nut, that is, loosen the adjustment nut of the rocker shaft of the steering gear. Adjust the screw clockwise with a screwdriver, adjust the loosening amount of the steering wheel to about 15° -30°, and then tighten the nut, and do not adjust the steering gear gap too small. Otherwise, the automatic return will be weakened, and the high-speed driving stability of the trackless rubber wheel car will become bad.3.The lubricating oil in the steering gear is replaced once a year.4.The steering device generally does not need to disintegrate. When disassembly, if there is no abnormal phenomenon, do not dismantle the screw nut assembly. The left-to-right free travel of the steering wheel in the neutral position shall not exceed 15°. If the steering wheel is obviously moving up and down. The adjustment method is performed as follows:a. Release the locking nut at the lower end of the steering case, rotate the adjustment screw until the free travel meets the requirements and lock with the lock nut.b. Open the pipe string support, reduce the adjustment gasket, and eliminate the movement gap. If the steering wheel torque is too large, the gasket should be added, and the gasket should be sealed during assembly.3.3.3 Brake systemBrake system is divided into working brake, emergency brake and parking brake system. Working brake is used for speed control and parking during regular and general driving. The emergency brake system and the parking brake system are integrated. The emergency and parking brake systems are used for braking after parking or for emergency braking when the service brake fails.3.3.3.1 Working brake systemThe working brake system is a spring brake, with a hydraulic release wet brake(1) Hydraulic pressure systemThe working brake system is normally open and hydraulic forward brake. The system is composed of foot brake valve, accumulator liquid filling valve, hydraulic pump, accumulator and wet multi-disc brake. Step pressing the foot brake valve, the oil in the tank enters the brake in proportion. The return spring in the brake is compressed and the piston is pressed to realize the brake. When relaxing the foot pedal, the return spring in the brake is returned, the brake pad is separated, and the brake state is lifted. Parking brake systemParking brake is a spring brake hydraulic release wet brake. It has the characteristics of small shape, large stroke, simple structure, good sealing, long life, high degree of generalization of parts, easy use and maintenance.3.3.7 Explosion-proof electrical systemThe electric system of this vehicle adopts explosion-proof type, and the rated voltage is 24V DC. It mainly consists of mining explosion-proof diesel generator, diesel engine explosion-proof starter, explosion-proof battery box, lighting light, explosion-proof locomotive signal light for mining, explosion-proof locomotive lighting, mobile rubber sleeve flexible cable for coal mine and mining diesel engine protection device.3.3.8 Protection device for mining diesel engine3.3.8.1 The sensor is mainly composed of exhaust temperature sensor, cooling water temperature sensor, water level sensor, surface temperature sensor, and oil pressure sensor.3.3.8.2 Working principle: After the device is energized, the host machine samples the temperature, water level and oil pressure through the sensor and compares them with the set value. If the detection parameter of a road exceeds the set value, the device will emit a sound and light alarm, and after a certain delay, output control signal, drive the actuator to turn off the oil circuit, so that the diesel engine will stop working.
